I recently had a wonderful stay at a mountain resort in a small hamlet. The hotel offers three categories of rooms, and I recommend opting for the super deluxe or executive rooms for the best views. The staff at this hotel provided exceptional service, with special mention to Kishan who was always available to assist. The property itself is well-maintained, with clean rooms and beautiful gardens. They even arrange live music and bonfires in the evenings, creating a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel has a small garden where children can play badminton, and a spacious playroom.

Parking could be improved during peak season.

We liked everything at heritage resort including food and rooms. Even the Pantnagar airport was not so far...

Best aspects of my Xmas stay included the stunning views of the surrounding tea estates and the warm hospitality offered by the staff. the location was perfect for us, as it was near to many scenic locations and attractions. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was enjoyable with a variety of dishes to choose from. We also enjoyed taking walks in the beautiful gardens and taking in the fresh air. There were some minor drawbacks during our stay. the hotel's WiFi could have been faster, and the heating system in our room was not functioning correctly, making it chilly at night. the rooms were a bit small for our liking. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the hotel's serene ambiance and picturesque surroundings.

The buffet dinner lacked taste and had limited options, with delayed and irregular refills. The restaurant's attitude towards delivering food to the room was uncooperative, resulting in us not having dinner, despite paying for the meal plan.
